Small system.
On purpose.
Good businesses were already doing the hard part. They were just forgetting to ask.

The work was never the problem.
Ask everyone.
We don't review-gate. Google's rules say you can't pick and choose who gets asked, and we wouldn't want to. Same honest process for every customer.
Ask nicely.
Thank them before asking for anything. Check in first, so a problem reaches you instead of Google. Then one polite request, in your name, with theirs on it.
Stop.
The asks are done in three weeks. The quiet year is clocks and holidays. The come-back arrives when it's time, and at eighteen months the whole thing stops on its own. The moment they review, reply, or text STOP — it stops right there.
Things we didn't build.
- A dashboard
- Twenty reports
- Leaderboards
- A campaign builder
- A quarterly sales call
- An enterprise success manager
- A login
We built the ask. That's the whole product, and it's the only part that was ever missing.
- Check first.
- Thank them.
- Ask everyone.
- Don't pester them.
- Don't make stuff up.
- Answer like a human.
We haven't earned this yet.
We'd rather earn the testimonial.
New service. No testimonials yet. Real customer stories, numbers and quotes belong here when they exist. Until then, we will not invent them. That is the same standard we want your customers to use when reviewing you.
After your first quarter we'll ask you for a review the same polite way we ask your customers.
Canadian-built. Asks nicely.
The first five are free because that's the price nobody has to argue with.
