What we collect from you
When you sign up: your business name, your name, your mobile number and email, your trade, your country, your Google Business Profile, a crew photo or logo, how you get paid, and — if you're in the US — the details needed to register your business for texting (EIN or sole-proprietor status, business address). Payment details go to our payment processor; we never see your full card number.
What we receive about your customers
To send follow-ups on your behalf we receive your customers' first names, phone numbers, email addresses and job dates — from the invoices you forward to us, the texts you send us with a customer's name and number, a connected job or payment tool, or a customer list you upload. We use that information only to send the agreed check-in, thank-you card, review request, referral ask, come-back reminder, the small number of seasonal messages described on this site, and any Sales Ad the business chooses to send. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for anything else, and we delete it when you cancel.
Text messages
Messages are sent on your behalf, from a local number in your business name, to people who are your customers. Frequency is low: no more than ten texts a year per customer, and the sequence ends on its own after eighteen months. Anyone can reply STOP at any time and we honour it immediately. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Honest review requests
We ask every customer the same way. We do not select customers based on how likely they are to leave a positive review, and we never write, edit or gate reviews.
Connected tools
If you connect Jobber, Housecall Pro, Square or a similar tool, we receive only the events and customer details needed to know a job is done and who to thank. You can disconnect at any time.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics to see which pages get visited. No advertising trackers.
