Three doors. Pick one.
Every one of them ends the same way: your customer gets the check-in tomorrow morning, in your name. Use whichever is true today; switch any time.
From the truck, seven seconds.
Text your own AskEveryCustomer number the customer's first name and mobile - Jennifer 705-555-0123 - and you're done. We text back "Got Jennifer" so you know it landed. Nothing to install.
Whatever sends your receipts, forward a copy.
Forward the invoice or receipt - from QuickBooks, Square, Jobber, or your inbox - to contact@askeverycustomer.com, from the email address you signed up with. We pull the customer's first name and mobile. If a receipt has no mobile on it, we text you to ask. Switching on for new accounts this week; we text you the day it's live for yours.
Jobber ยท Housecall Pro ยท Square
If you use Zapier, this works today. One Zap, about five minutes, once: your software's "job done" trigger, then a Webhooks by Zapier step (a paid Zapier feature - their Starter plan) that posts to your own door:
https://askeverycustomer.com/api/ingest.cgi?key=YOUR-KEY
Webhook step settings: Action: POST ยท Payload Type: json ยท Data:
name = the customer's first name phone = the customer's mobile email = the customer's email (optional) source = jobber / housecall / square
Jobber (Connect plan or higher): trigger "Job Closed" or "Invoice Created"; the client's first name, phone and email are in the trigger. Housecall Pro (Essentials or higher): trigger "Job Completed". Square: trigger "New Payment", then Square's "Find Customer" step by the payment's customer ID, then the webhook with that customer's given name and phone.
Running something else - QuickBooks, a booking tool, your own system? The door above isn't Zapier-specific: it's a plain webhook. If whatever you use can POST that same name / phone / email / source data on its own - no Zapier account needed - point it straight at your key above and it works exactly the same way.
Open this page from your welcome text and your key is filled in above. Then press
On Fresha or Booksy? Those tools already send a review ask and don't let anyone else in - use door 1 or 2 and we'll add the referral and the come-back on top.
